How do I activate my account?
To active your account, simply open the Menu on the upper left corner and click on "Create account". From there, you will be prompted to create your username and password.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Crystal Archive account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How can I track my orders & payment?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with your tracking number within the next 24 hours. After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.
How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
You should expect a shipment time between 2 and 10 days. Certain products have longer delivery times than others.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately from our "Contact Us" page (within the footer menu). You can also email us at: Support@crystalarchive.com. Once your email is received, we will help to confirm the status of your order.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept most credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB. Through Authorize.net, payment processing is reliable, secure and user-friendly.
What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. We have a 30 day return policy which you can view here. You can also click on "Return Policy" within the footer menu. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to deliver the best possible products and experience and that is reflected in our return policy.
